Once you place an order, we will send it to the address you have provided. We will arrange delivery on the same day after confirmation, and it usually arrives on the same day. If the order is placed very late then the delivery will be the next day. Our delivery team will call you before delivering to make sure you’re there. We deliver from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM.  BHD 1.5 will be charged if the order value is less than 20 BHD. Orders over 20 BHD don’t have a delivery fee.
We will deliver your items on your chosen day. On delivery day, our delivery team will call you about an hour before to check if you’re home. If they can’t deliver for some reason, they’ll call you the next day to plan another time. You’ll need to sign when you receive your items. In case we run out of something you ordered, we’ll let you know. If we send you the wrong item, call our customer service for a free return or replacement.
Returns: If you get a wrong or faulty item, you can get a refund or exchange it at Salma Pharmacy Um Al Hassam or Janabiya Branches within 7 days of buying it, as long as you bring your electronic payment proof. If there’s a mistake with the price or details of a product on our website, our team will fix it for you without extra cost. But, we won’t refund or exchange items if you got what you ordered and it’s not faulty.
